Joyce Marie Weaver, 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at home on March 28, 2016 with a 3 year long battle of breast cancer. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed being with her child hood best friend (husband) Ricky, family and friends.

Surviving are her husband, Ricky Weaver of Apex; mother, Jean Emerson of Garner; daughters, Tracy Goins of Charlotte; Katie Gregory and fiancKevin Webb, grandchildren, Sarah and Travis of Willow Spring; sister, Donna Nunnery and husband Danny Nunnery of Garner; brothers, Danny Joe Watson of Carolina Beach, Eddie Watson and wife Mary Watson of Carolina Beach.

There will be a private service with only family at a later time.
