Obituary of Julia Brown
Julia Draper Brown, 73 of Raleigh, passed away, Thursday afternoon, July 17, 2014 at Crabtree Valley Rehab Center.
Born August 26, 1940 in Raleigh, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charles Carson and Margaret Brown. She graduated from Broughton High School in 1958.
Julia is survived by her daughter, Shawn Coleman of Maryland; son, Kevin Williamson of Washington; grandchildren, Ella Mai, and Mia Mai Williamson; sister, Barbara Wheliss; and many nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2014 at The Church of the Resurrection of Fuquay-Varina, where she was a member.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Julia to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016 or at www.kidney.org
