Obituary of Karen Malmquist

Karen Hodge Malmquist, 55, of Knightdale, passed away Saturday afternoon, May 5, 2012.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Montlawn Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.

A native of Knightdale, Karen was born October 3, 1956, the daughter of the late Billy Craven Hodge and Evelyn Sanderford Hodge and was retired as an office manager with J.T. Pro Serve.

Karen is survived by her children, Joshua, Lindsay, Adam and Chandler; her granddaughter, Morgan; brothers, Brad and Scott; sisters, Tonja and Emmy, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill, Al and Steve Hodge.
