Kathie Hall Winebarger, 66, of Garner, NC passed away at home September 4 ^th 2021.

Kathie was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Hall; sister, Cheryl Lynn Hall and maternal grandparents, Howard and Bonita Johnson

She is survived by her son, Thomas Dean Winebarger (Castlee Hagna) Castle Hayne NC; mother, Dorothy Deese; sister, Sandi Hiltbruner;  and grandsons, Jordan and Tripp Winebarger

Katie graduated from Garner High School, and worked with the Wake County ABC Board for many years.  A graveside service will be held at Montalwn Memorial Park on October 9 ^th at 3:30 PM.
