Obituary of Lillian Edwards
Lillian Goss Edwards, 72, died Saturday after an extended illness. She was a beautician in Cary, NC for over 30 years, and was a member of Garner Freewill Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday at Montlawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Bobby D. Edwards; sisters, Kathryn Hockaday and husband Elbert of Holly Springs, Shirley Johnson of Angier and Patsy Hockaday and husband Donald of Angier; stepson, Michael Edwards and wife Cindy of Garner; stepgrandson, Cory Edwards.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm Tuesday at Montlawn Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Garner Freewill Baptist Church, 1133 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27603
