Obituary of Lois Greene

Lois Marie Greene, 89, died peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Lester and Eva Waters. Lois was a primary school teacher for many years and also was a member of Westover United Methodist Church. Her focus in life was her family, her church life and teaching wonderful kids.

Surviving are her daughters, Gypsy Escamilla and husband David of Richmond, VA and Kitty Greene of Conyers, GA; brother, Eugene Waters of Cary; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-8:30 pm on Wednesday.
