Obituary of Lois Keith

Lois Tant Keith, 87, died Sunday evening, November 17, 2013 in Wadesboro where she had been living for the past six years.

Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at Montlawn Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum at Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Montlawn Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.

A native of Wake County, Lois was born May 5, 1926, the daughter of the late William John Tant and Sarah White Tant. She was a graduate of Hugh Morson High School and was retired from CP&L with over 45 years of service.

Lois is survived by her brothers; David Tant and his wife Betty of Lilesville and Phillip Tant of Raleigh; her best friend, Ethel Pearce of Raleigh and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, S. J. Keith.
