Obituary of Lois Pope

Lois Morgan Pope 86, of 636 Price Street, departed this life Saturday September 14, 2013.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 19, 2013 at Oak City Baptist Church, 608 Method Road Raleigh, NC 27606. Interment will be in Montlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Pope is survived her daughters Paulette Pope Pulley, Lois Marie Pope Hunter, Cynthia Jeanette Tabron (Clea); sons, Paul R. Pope, Jr. and Cecil L. Pope and a step son Bob Nelson Bost; a sister Fannie Morgan Battle Costen of Rocky Mount, NC;

Seven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; sisters-in law Mary Frances Pope Fearnot of Far Rockaway, NY, Amanda Pope Hooker and her husband Robert Hooker, Sr. of Raleigh, NC and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the home, 636 Price Street, Raleigh, NC. (919) 832-2333.
