Obituary of Lorene Richardson

Lorene M. Richardson, 84 of Raleigh, was called home today, March 26, 2014 by her heavenly father at Wake Medical Center.

Proceeding her in death was her precious dad, Willie (Bill) Murdock and precious mother, Iris DeForest Murdock; sisters, Dorothy Chapel and Daisy Lester.

Lorene is survived by her son, Henry (Hank) Richardson and wife Lynn; daughters, Debra Pope and her husband Pat, and Joy R. Sims and husband Grady; granddaughter, Stacey Evett and husband Scott; great-granddaughters, Kayla and Camyrn; 13 step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lorene was a lifelong Christian, had a strong faith, and walked with the Lord.

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 28, 2014 at North Ridge Bible Chapel, 7100 Harps Mill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615.

The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
