Lucille Rollin Simpson Harter, 95, of Apex, NC, met her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 25th, 2019. Lucy will be remembered for her ever-present smile, sweet spirit, and her deep love for Jesus.

Lucy was preceded in death by her Husband of 60 years, Edward B. Harter, Jr. She is survived by daughters Terry Earl and husband, Robert of Atlanta, GA, Rosanne Haaland and husband, Rod, of Gray, TN, Rebecca Gilman and husband, Brian of Apex, NC, sister Lois Robinson of Rustburg, VA, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
