Obituary of Lucille Stegall

Lucille G. Stegall, 93, formerly of Raleigh, died peacefully at the home of her nephew, Tommy Neal and his wife, Carol Neal in Pfafftown where she had lived since 2007.

Mrs. Stegall, known to her family as "Cil", was born in Wake County April 20, 1917, the daughter of the late Fred and Maggie Parrish Gooch. Cil was a member of the Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene and was retired from Graphic Press with over 30 years of service.

Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Montlawn Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Cil is survived by her sisters, Inez Jones, Beatrice Neal and Margaret Johnson and one brother, Fred Gooch, Jr., all of Raleigh. She was blessed with many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
