Obituary of Mae McGee
Ms. Mae Nordan McGee, 88, died Tuesday afternoon, November 25, 2008.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Private burial will be in Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Ms. McGee was a retired bookkeeper and office manager with Billings and Garrett Construction Company. A native of Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Myrtle Gregory Nordan. She was an avid gardener and a lifelong Presbyterian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda McGee Champion.
She is survived by her daughter, Gayle McGee Quinn of Arlington, TX; son, Patrick McGee of Astoria, OR; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
