Obituary of Margaret Brake
Margaret Helen Wills Brake died peacefully Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at Cary Wake Med. She was born on March 3, 1928, the youngest of eight children. She is survived by her three daughters, Nancy Brake, Martha Kidd and husband Stephen, and Mary; three grandchildren, Amber, Michael, and Jasmine and her husband, Bo; and one great granddaughter, Trinity and another on the way.
She was a public health nurse in Forsyth and Wake counties and head of the ICU at Thomas Memorial in West Virginia. She and her late husband, Cecil, were active members of White Plains UMC in Cary. Contact White Plains UMC for details of the funeral which will be held this coming weekend.
She was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.
