Obituary of Marjorie Atkins
Marjorie Graham Atkins, 91, of Garner, passed away Friday evening, December 18, 2009.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Monday in Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Montlawn Funeral Home.
A native of Harnett County, Marjorie was born December 30, 1917 to the late Daniel Alexander Graham and Mary Ann Warwick Graham. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Luther Dwight Atkins in 1990 as well as by two sisters and seven brothers.
Marjorie is survived by her son, Jarvis Dwight Atkins of Garner; daughter, Mary Nell Mundy of Garner; four granddaughters; five great granddaughters; two great grandsons and one great great-grandson.
