Mary Ann Porter, McCoy, Cooley 71 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 15, 2022 on her birthday.

She was a loving Mother, Grandma, Aunt and Sister to all. Her family meant everything to her and she looked forward to every family event and to the end of her days she would ask when we could have a large family picnic.  She passed on her earthly birthday so what a better day to enter heaven and enjoy the best welcoming party ever.  I am sure she was dancing with all her close friends and family who were waiting for her.

Mary was the daughter of the late Frank Porter Sr and Roberta "Bobbie" Porter.  She was preceded in death by her husband Mark Cooley.

Mary is survived by her children: John McCoy (Grace) of Goldsboro, NC and his four children (Zachary, Hunter, Braylan & Ella). Adam McCoy (Michelle) of Wendell, NC and their two children (Dylan & Sierra). Catherine Nyce (Ray) of Telford, PA and their two children (Alex & Julie). Ryan Cooley of Cortland, NY and 4 great-grandchildren.  In addition, she is survived by sisters and brothers whom she always cherished: Sharon, Judy, Joyce, Terry, Frank, Bruce, Tricia and Jennifer.

A Celebration of Life  will be held at Interlaken Baptist Church in New York on July 9th, 2022 from 2:00pm-4:00pm

In lieu of flowers please make a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association in Mary's name. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, Interlaken NY at the convenience of the family.
