Obituary of Mary Anne Pearce

Mary Anne Goodwin Pearce, 62, of Clayton, died Sunday evening, August 16, 2009, at the Brian Center of Clayton.

Funeral Service will be 11a.m. Wednesday in Montlawn Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.

A native of Guilford County, Mary Anne was the daughter of the late Ray E. Goodwin, Jr. and Susie Williams Goodwin. She retired from the shipping department of Nortel.

Mary Anne is survived by her sons, Doug Pearce of Clayton and Ricky Pearce of Raleigh; grandchildren, Holly Pearce, Zachary Pearce and Brooke Pearce; sisters, Linda Amick of Selma, Betsy Pearce and Nancy Bailey, both of Clayton.
