"I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do. And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed." John 17:4.

Mary Lois Gray (Williams) Judd, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 27, 2021.  Pastor Mary, as she had come to be known was born July 12, 1948 in Taylor County, Georgia. Raised in Butler, Georgia, she attended and graduated from R. L. McDougal High School.  Mary was blessed with a beautiful voice and always enjoyed singing. After high school, she studied Music at Fort Valley State University. In 1969, her journey led her to Raleigh, North Carolina where she married the late Cleveland E. Williams, Jr. and raised her two daughters, Chandra and Dacia.  For twenty-five years she was a dedicated employee of the North Carolina Department Justice State Bureau of Investigation. However, her most significant pursuit was her commitment to the call from the Lord for her to teach His people the heart of the Father. Throughout her life, she traveled that journey as a Spirit- filled woman of God with passion and determination to teach one person at a time how to pursue a relationship with the Father. Touching many lives with her voice, comforting many hearts with her love, and lifting up the lost with her wisdom; Mary personified the meaning of living one's purpose.

The next chapter in her journey would be one of an endless crusade to gain knowledge and closeness with the Lord so that she might share it with others.  Mary spent her time in prayer, studying the word, and fellowshipping.  She owned countless books and was always ready with a word and book to get you through.  In 1997, Mary met Marvin Judd. Their love of God led to their union in 1999.  The two would later start Mercy and Truth Ministry where they sought to share the word of God.

In addition to being committed to her spiritual journey, Pastor Mary was also "Mama" Mary with an undeniable love for family.  Mary was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, aunt and grandmother. She was her happiest when surrounded by or caring for her family.  Mary is predeceased by her parents, Neal and Ida Gray.  She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Chandra Graves (Jarrod) of Knightdale, NC and Angela Dacia Williams of Roselle, NJ, her grandchildren Brittney Williamson, Simone Mack, Jordan Graves, Justin Graves, and great-granddaughter, Brielle Herndon. Mary is survived by her sisters, Annie Etheridge and Patricia Williams (Arthur), nephews Derrick Robertson, Willie Robertson, Jr, and Chad Robinson, and close cousin Michael Matthews.  Mary will be deeply missed by a host of family, friends, and all who knew her.

While our hearts are broken, let us be comforted by the words of our sweet Mary, "God's got it!"
