Obituary of Michael Ward

Michael Dale Ward, 53, died Thursday at Wake Med after a brief illness. He was employed with Insulating, Inc.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Rhonda Harris Ward; daughter, Kayla Ward of Raleigh; sister, Beverly W. Connally of Durham; nieces, Kimberly M. Connally of Raleigh and Courtney Ward of Ohio; nephew, Jeffrey Ward of Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Pauline Ward and brothers, M. Dwane Ward and Ronnie E. Ward.
