Obituary of Nancy Rose

Nancy Daniel Rose, 55, of Wendell went to her heavenly home on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Wake Medical Center after several months of illness.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Monday.

A Raleigh native, she was born June 14, 1955, the daughter of Mary R. Daniel and the late Charles R. Daniel. Nancy was a passionate seamstress by trade and worked for over 15 years with Dennis Williams Upholstery.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Rick Rose; daughter, Shannon Michelle Kimbrell of Charlotte; sons, Noah Daniel Kimbrell and Michael Scott Kimbrell, both of Raleigh; mother, Mary Ross Daniel of Raleigh; sisters, Debbie Wood of Salisbury and Sharon Gunn of Raleigh as well as several nieces and nephews along with many dear friends too numerous to mention. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Megan Lynn Kimbrell.

The entire family would like to express sincere appreciation and gratitude to all of the family and friends for their kindness and love shown during the illness and death of our loved one.
