Nellie Beatrice Neal - born to Maggie and Fred Gooch on 12/24/1925 in Raleigh, NC. Surviving are 3 children, Tommy Neal and wife Carol from Florida, Becky Duncan of Greensboro and Kathy Hawkins of Raleigh. She has 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, with a large number of nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her sister, Margaret Johnson of Raleigh.

Known as Bea, she was a lifetime member of the First Church of the Nazarene.  She retired as the bookkeeper from Winn Dixie after 30 years of service. She dearly loved her family and her church.

She was under the care of Transitions Hospice at Raleigh Rehab at the time of her passing.
