Pamela "Sue" Hursey Thompson, 71 of Clayton NC, wen to be with the heavenly Father Thursday, February 26, 2026, after an extended illness. She was born in Raleigh, NC to the late Robert Hursey and Vera Hayes Hilton on September 23, 1954
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Betty Hursey Edwards, Carolyn Hursey McLeod and her brother Allen Hursey
She leaves behind her husband of 21 years Linwood "Tommy" Thompson, Jr. Her daughter Mary Ann Perry (James) of Zebulon. Her brother Rick Hursey (Ellen) of Fuquay-Varina. Her sisters Brenda Kurtz (Benny) of Palatka, FL and Anna Fox of Clayton NC. Many nieces and nephews and her beloved pet Star
