Patricia Ann Milko DeVine, 78, of Apex, NC, passed away on September 14, 2019.  Patricia was  born in Morganville, New Jersey, to Martin Stanley Milko  and Martha Sophie Dabroski on September 28, 1940.  She went to school at Woodbridge High School.  She married William Herbert DeVine, and was a loving mother and grandmother.  She was retired, but previously worked in accounting for Construction Services.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband William, her parents Martin and Martha, and her brother Francis Martin Milko.

Patricia is survived by her son Mark Edward DeVine and his wife Annelise, her daughter Maureen Rebecca Merritt and her husband Mark, her sister Clara Louise Milko, her grandson Marty William Merritt, and her granddaughter Jena Rose Merritt.

A celebration of her life will be held from 12:00–3:00 pm Sunday September 29, 2019 at: Flynn's on the Hill, 341 Pursel St. Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
