Patricia Ann Woodard Miller (Pat) passed away unexpectedly Friday January 29, 2021 at her home, in Angier NC.

Pat will be greatly missed as she was loved by many.  She was a free spirit, with a kind heart.  She loved deeply and made an impression on those she spent time with.  She was definitely one of a kind, she loved her movies, her quite time, her family, and her dog "Buddy".  She enjoyed gardening and being outside. She enjoyed numerous camping trips with friends and family.  She ventured off to the beach area and spent many years living near New Bern, NC., her fathers ancestral home,  She loved her time there, but she felt a tug at her heart to come back home to be near her parents.  She spent the last 12 years living near her parents, although she loved the beaches and mountains, she was a country girl at heart, so being on her family's farm was perfect.  She loved watching the deer run through the fields, jumping on her lawn mower cutting the grass, and just being with her family.  She learned a lot about cooking from her mom, but She preferred being outside with her dad.  One word to describe Pat was "consistent" she was reliable and was always there no matter what.  You could call her just to vent and she would listen, you could call her in an emergency, and she would be there, you could ask for help and she would always be willing to lend a helping hand.  She showed love and was loved dearly.  "Family and Friends are a gift that last forever".

She is survived by her siblings, Gail Woodard, Raleigh, NC;  Deborah Jones, New Bern, NC, Cathy Woodard, Alliance, NC; William Thomas Woodard Jr. and wife, Lisa J. Woodard, Raleigh, NC; her nephews Stephen Jones, Avondale, Penn; and Dakota Johnson, Raleigh, NC;  and her nieces Courtney Keith and husband, Joey Keith, Angier, NC;  and Tina Brooks and husband, Harry Brooks; her Great nephew Noah Jones, Oxford, PA; and  Great niece Holley Brooks,  and many treasured cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Glendora Denning Woodard, and father, William Thomas Woodard Sr.

Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
