Obituary of Paul Caras, Jr.
Paul George Caras, Jr., 84 of Raleigh passed away Saturday afternoon, August 16, 2014 at Transitions LifeCare.
Born August 1, 1930 in Southgate, CA, he was the son of the late Paul George Caras, Sr. and Florence Barbour. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ann Reeves.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Cherry W. Caras; sons, Paul, Steve, Danny, Ritchie, and Reggie and his wife Angie; daughters, Elaine, and Tracey; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Katherine Birsco; brother-in-law, Aubrin Williams and his wife Linda; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Transitions LifeCare, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
A Celebration of Paul's life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC. Condolences can be made at www.montlawn.com
