Phylis Ann Waters, 82, of Raleigh passed away peacefully on August 6, 2019 at Raleigh Rehab. A funeral service will be held on Friday August 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603. Interment will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.
