Rick B. Bulmer, 49, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. He was born July 2, 1973, in Boise, Idaho, a son of Michael and Cindy Bulmer. He was predeceased by grandfathers Jim Hunt, and Charles Bulmer.

Rick graduated from Moorpark High School in 1990 at the age of 16. He studied fire science at Moorpark Community College. Rick was a firefighter for 7 years between 1999 and 2006. He married Patricia (Kirkpatrick) Bulmer on May 29th, 1993 at the age of 19.  Rick's favorite thing in the world was his family. He loved basketball and his favorite team was the Lakers. Rick started Elite Pool Care in 2006 with his wife Patty. He loved building and remodeling pools and backyards, because he loved seeing his and his client's vision come to life.

Along with his parents, Michael and Cindy, Rick is survived by his wife, Patricia Bulmer, his daughters: Lauren and Sara Bulmer; his grandmothers: Beuna Hunt and Beverly Bulmer; his siblings: Shasta, Shandy, Kolin and Brandon Bulmer.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Montlawn Funeral Home, Raleigh. The family will receive friends following the service.
