Robert O'Brine Barbour, Jr., "Brine" passed away August 21, 2023. He was born August 23, 1956. Brine was a SINGER, SONGWRITER, and THE BEST GUITAR PLAYER.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert O'Brine Barbour Sr. and Barbara Brown Barbour of Raleigh, NC. He is survived by his sister, Cynthia Barbour Hamm, Nephew Robert "Dalton" Hamm and Niece, Elizabeth Grace-Ann Hamm "Libby."
The celebration of Brines life will be held at Montlawn, 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, on Saturday October 21st at 1PM. The family will receive friends from 12PM-1PM prior to the service.
