Obituary of Robert Bland
Robert Bruce Bland, Jr, 90, dear husband of Arline and beloved dad of Deborah and son-in-law Lawrence Alerre Java died Saturday, November 16, 2013. He was born September 17, 1923 in Raleigh and grew up much of his life in Wilson. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corp serving in World War II and Korea. He was a good man who truly will be missed by his family and caring friends.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Contributions may be made to Wake County SPCA, 200 Petfinder Lane, Raleigh, NC 27603.
