Obituary of Robert Bryant

Robert Lee Bryant, 79, passed away Tuesday at his residence. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Friday at Montlawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 - 3:00 pm Friday prior to the service. He was an HVAC mechanic for 50 years. Robert was devoted to his family and loyal to his friends. He enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and family gatherings. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Vera Bishop Bryant; children, Charlene Murphey, Evelyn Schols, Robert Earl Bryant and Annette Abuomar; grandchildren, Rebecca Doss, Scott Prince, Lyn Tyner, Bobbie Jean Brownell, Robert Earl Bryant, Jr., Amanda Bryant, Ted Bryant, Tina Jasinski and Derek Jasinski; great-grandchildren, Joseph Doss, Zachary Doss, Eddie Miller, Kaeily White, Sky Bryant, Autumn Bryant, Angel Bryant, Karen Nicole Bryant, T. J. Bryant, Elizabeth Bryant and Anthony Scott; sister, Betty Kennedy; sisters-in-law, Judy Bryant and Catherine Poole; numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Evelyn Bryant Schols; brothers, J.T. Bryant, Charles Bryant and Frank Bryant.
