Robert T. Dannacker 68, of Cary, died Friday afternoon September 5, 2014 at Rex Healthcare.

Robert was born July 20,1946 in the Bronx, NY. He was the son of the late William and Catherine Dannacker. Bobby was very loyal to his family and he was a big kid at heart. He loved to watch the old movies on TV and his favorites included John Wayne. "Courage is being scared to deathand saddling up anyway." - John Wayne. Bobby lived these words in his early years and later during his illness.

Bobby was one of seven children. He will reunite with his other siblings Richard, Ronnie, Billy, and Lorraine. Bobby is survived by his wife Eileen, sisters Barbara and Maureen. He is also survived by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at Montlawn Funeral Home from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday September 9, 2014 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 804 High House Road, Cary NC. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.
