Robert "Bobby" Jenkins passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 18 th .

He is preceded in death by his father Harry William "Bill" Jenkins.

He is survived by his mother Kata, his wife Jill, his "favorite boy" Max, & his "baby girl" Ava.

Bobby was a triangle native who attended high school at Ravenscroft in Raleigh and graduated with honors from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, FL with an automotive marketing degree.

He followed in his father's  footsteps but marched to his own beat and went on to assume the role of dealer principal of Don Jenkins Carolina Ford in Fuquay Varina.

Bobby was an avid diver and enjoyed boating with his family. He seized every opportunity to share that love with his son. Bobby loved family trips and enjoyed seeing his daughters zest for life. Bobby had too many deep sea fishing excursions with his friends to count. Like any good fishermen he was a gifted story teller. Unlike most, the bigger the fish story the closer the truth. Bobby had a way with others that was incredibly unique but mostly unforgettable.

Bobby's larger than life personality will live on in our hearts forever.

Services will be held at Montlawn Funeral  Home, 2911 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.

Visitation – Monday, April 23 rd 6-8pm

Funeral – Tuesday, April 24 th 1-2 pm
