Obituary of Robert Lewis

Robert Daniel "Bob" Lewis, 58, of Morrisville, died Sunday morning, May 15, 2011.

Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service.

Bob was born July 25, 1952, the son of the late Warren and Doris Patterson Lewis. He was a talented cabinet maker and carpenter for 41 years and enjoyed boating and spending time with his friends.

Bob is survived by his sister, Elaine L. Gay and her husband Gregg of Zebulon; niece, Morgan Gay of Zebulon; nephew, Michael Lewis of Colorado and his special friends, Danny and Monica Ennis of Morrisville. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Allan Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, N.C. 27607.
