Mr. Roosevelt Adams "Pop Pop", 76, of Brooklyn, New York passed away peacefully on November 3, 2022, at Transitions Life Hospice after a fearless battle. Roosevelt was born on January 5, 1946, in Brooklyn, New York. He was born to Lester Adams and Frankie Mae Edwards.

Roosevelt worked as a fireman for the New York Fire Department for 22 years. He loved giving words of wisdom to his children and grandchildren. He always talked about working hard and making money. One of his favorite things to do was to go fishing with his buddies. He is survived by his sister, Sandra Richardson, his two daughters; Yvette Adams-Jackson and Kim Jackson-James (Dioni), his three sons; Troy Adams (Renee), Todd Adams (Vanessa), and Chad Adams, and eight grandchildren; Malcolm Jackson-McGregor, Brianna Adams, Simone Adams, Raven Adams, Samara Adams, Milan Adams, Israel Adams, Solomon Adams, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
