Rosalyn Lamb Peele, 89, passed away Sunday December 13, 2020.  She was born in Roper, NC on May 19, 1931 to the late Dolphus B. and Evelyn Wilson Lamb.  Rosalyn was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Clarence E. Peele Sr. The melody of her life will continue to play in the hearts of her children; Clarence "Eddie" E. Peele, JR., Debbie Carrol, Carolyn Locklear, and Ginger Chinnis.  Rosalyn was "Granny"  to her 15 grandchildren and "Gigi" to her 10 great grandchildren, and sister to Mary Runner, Clara Jay, and Diane Nosal.

A private family graveside will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, December 18, 2020 at Montlawn Memorial Park with Pastor Tim Howell officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Athens Drive Baptist Church 1601 Athens Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606 or SECU Hospice House of Johnston County at Johnston Health Foundation, PO Box 1376 Smithfield NC 27577.
