Rose M Griffin, 75, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 18th with her family by her side. A native of Wake County she was daughter to the late John B Marshall and Eva M Pernell Marshall. Her first job was with Bell South as a phone operator and worked at Butlers Shoe Store in North Hills for several years. She had a few others before becoming a homemaker.

She loved spending time with her family, and they all meant the world to her. She enjoyed gardening, bingo, NASCAR racing, basketball and was a True Duke fan.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years Ricky F Griffin, children Pamela Rouse (Cecil) & Amy Politz. Siblings, Larry Marshall (Debbie), Susan Pearce (Alvin), 5 grandchildren,12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Willie Stewart, John Glenn & Kenneth Lee Marshall.
