Ruth Stephenson Nipper, 92, of Raleigh, passed away April 10, 2019. She was born in Clayton, North Carolina, and preceded in death by her father Nathan Stephenson, mother Nora Stephenson, and husband Howard F. Nipper. She was also predeceased by her sisters Virginia Stephenson, Leona Stephenson and LaRue Featherston. Survivors include nephew Rick Featherston and health caregiver Eloise Garland.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 15th at 1:00 PM at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh.
