Obituary of Shirley Brown
Shirley "Ann" Pearce Brown, 71, of Raleigh, passed away May 12, 2014 at her home.
Born November23, 1942 in Raleigh, NC, she was the daughter of Mildred Stephens and Step Father, Frank Stephens of Wake Cross Roads Community.
Ann lived in the Wake Cross Roads community for many years. She worked as a Title Clerk at several automobile dealerships in the Raleigh area until she retired. Since her retirement, Ann had a long struggle with liver failure until her death.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Ronald Brown of Raleigh; brother, Ronald Pearce and his wife Carol of Clayton; nephew, Randy Pearce and his wife Melissa of Zebulon; sister-in-law, Wanda and Doug Flowers of Morehead City; step daughter, Lynn and James Hammonds of Moncure.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2014 at Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church, 3328 Forestville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27616.
