Steven Kenneth Seagroves, lovingly known as "Steve," passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at the age of 59 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Steve was a devoted father, brother, and friend whose humor and strength touched everyone who knew him. He is survived by his two daughters, Stephanie and Sarah Seagroves, and his brother, Brandon Seagroves. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara Dobson and Kenneth Seagroves, and his brother, Anthony "Tony" Seagroves.

Throughout his career in facility maintenance, Steve was known for his hard work, reliability, and willingness to lend a helping hand. Outside of work, his true passions were simple but deeply meaningful — cheering for his favorite team, the NC State Wolfpack, spending time with his beloved dog Poochie, and being an active, loving presence in his daughters' lives.

Steve had a gift for making people laugh, even in the toughest of times. His quick wit and playful spirit brought light and laughter to every room he entered. Those who knew him will forever remember his big heart, his jokes, and his unwavering love for his family.

A service to celebrate Steve's life will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Montlawn Funeral Home, located at 2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603.
