Susan Marie O'Dell, 73, of Angier, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 after a long illness. She was born February 8, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan, a daughter of the late Van Norman Jenks and Mary (Manzo) Jenks.

Susan worked for many years in the healthcare industry as a CNA. She was a member of St. Mary Mother of the Church in Garner.

Susan is survived by her husband of almost 49 years, James O'Dell; her siblings: Nancy, Kathy and Donald, as well as many extended family in Michigan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at St. Mary Mother of the Church, 1008 Vandora Springs Rd, Garner, NC 27529. Entombment will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.
