Obituary of Thelma Heath

Mrs. Thelma Dean Heath, 83, of Raleigh, died Saturday morning, May 16, 2009.

Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Montlawn Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10-11a.m. Wednesday prior to the service.

A native of Raleigh, Mrs. Heath was the daughter of the late Arthur McCoy Dean and Ruby Frances Chappell Dean. She was preceded in death by her husband, retired Raleigh Police Detective Calvin Coolidge Heath and her siblings, Owen, Janice and Peggy.

Mrs. Heath is survived by her sons, Robert B. Heath and his wife, Tracy of Apopka, FL, Stan L. Heath and his wife, Jennifer of Raleigh; brother, Ronald Dean of Benson; sister, Barbara Kapp of Raleigh and two grandsons,

Alex Heath and Adam Heath, both of Apopka, FL.
