Thelma S. Johnson, 96, of Raleigh, NC, transitioned to God on Friday, May 13, from natural causes.

Ms. Johnson, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, educator, minister, and friend, was a Christian who proclaimed the Gospel wherever she went. Ms. Johnson lived the words, "Go ye therefore and teach all nations, go, go, go."

A lifelong resident of Raleigh, NC, Ms. Johnson was predeceased by her parents, Early and Viola Johnson, and seven of her eight siblings. She is survived by her daughter Brenda J. Dobson (Andre'), her grandchildren Tyler and Chad Robinson, her brother Charles Goodson, her nieces and nephews, and her 1998 White Jesus Van.

On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, graveside services will be at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603 , at 12:00 pm.
