Timothy Ray Harelson of Garner, NC passed away on Thursday November 9, 2017. He was born August 21, 1959 in Laurinburg, NC to the late James Thomas Harelson and Bernice Chavis Harelson. He is survived by his son Phillip Harelson, 2 grand-daughters, Yazmine Harelson and Frankie Harelson , brother Greg Harelson and his wife Rebecca, nephew Josh Harelson and friend Bruce Lowe of the home.
