Obituary of Tommie Beasley
Tommie Ruben Beasley, 66, a retired long distance truck driver and mechanic died Saturday at Cary Health and Rehab. He enjoyed horses, small animals, NASCAR, rodeos and wrestling.
Surviving are his wife, Carol; one son, Tommy Christopher "Chris" Beasley of Benson; three daughters, Caroline Maness of Wendell, Penny S. Cook of Oklahoma and Deborah Johnson of Oklahoma; three brothers, Rickey Harold Beasley, Arthur Beasley and Leon Beasley all of Four Oaks; one sister, LaVerne Rhodes of Smithfield; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm Tuesday, December 16, 2014 with a memorial service held at 2 pm Tuesday at Montlawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
The family wishes to thank Transitions Hospice (formerly Hospice of Wake County) and their staff for the excellent care that was given to Tommie.
