Obituary of Vance Ward

Vance Odell Ward, 90, of Raleigh passed away Sunday, December 26, 2010. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Montlawn Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Joe Ballance officiating. Vance is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mrs. Viola T. Ward, with whom he also shared the same birthday of August 19th. They also celebrated their marriage anniversary on this date. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
