Obituary of Virginia Wilson

Virginia Stephens Wilson, 80, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 following a brave struggle with cancer.

Family will receive friends 10:00am, Wednesday, May 5 at Montlawn Funeral Home. A service will follow at 11:00am in the chapel at Montlawn.

Virginia was born May 5, 1929 to the late Luther George Stephens and Anna Margaret Atkins Stephens.

Virginia is survived by sister, Elaine S. Varner; son, James T. Wilson, Jr. (Jimmy) and wife Kathy; daughter, Sandra W. Parrish and husband Michael; grandchildren, Tammy P. Reinert and Michael "Brian" Parrish, James Chadwick "Chad" and Phillip Matthew "Matt" Wilson; great grandchildren, Michael G. Reinert, Christen M. Reinert, Karmen Elizabeth Wilson and Nathan James Wilson. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James T. Wilson.

The family wants to give a special thanks to her life long, devoted friend of over 60 years, Josephine "Coot" Hines; who brought so much joy to her life.
