Wayne Fulton Gibson

March 18, 1939 – January 27, 2019

Surrounded by his family at Rex Hospital, Wayne Fulton Gibson, 79, joined his Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 27, 2019.  A native of Raleigh, Wayne was an Entrepreneur, Business Owner and so much more! Wayne was also a faithful member of Beulah Christian Baptist Church in Zebulon.  Wayne was preceded in death by his parents Walter Clifton Gibson, Sr. and Mildred Fulton Gibson, in addition to his brothers Walter Clifton Gibson, Jr. and Larry Gibson.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Judy Gibson; daughter, Ginny (Max) Munichman; grandson Marc (Katie) Munichman and two great-grandchildren; his nephews Walt Gibson (Cindy) and Marty Gibson; great-nieces and nephews Kyle Gibson, Brittany & Dustin Woodle, Brandi Gibson and Payton & Brooks Woodle; special friend Diane Barron and care-taker Timothy Nduati; and brothers and sisters-in-Christ.  The visitation is at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Montlawn Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 2:00 PM at Montlawn Memorial Park.
