William Ronald Carroll (Ronnie) was born on April 1, 1948 in Raleigh, NC and passed away at the age of 76 on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Ronnie was the oldest son of William "Mutt" Carroll and Josephine "Jo" Carroll. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Wayne Carroll.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Muriel Carroll of Raleigh; daughter Jessica Killette (Edwin) and granddaughter, Peyton of Wendell; Sister, Brenda Beasley (Robert) of Clayton; Nieces Jamie Barwick (Josh) and Shannon Joseph (George). Nephews; Jeremy Carroll (Amy) and Stephen Beasley (Kristi); Five Great nieces and Four Great nephews.

Ronnie was kindhearted, considerate, always willing to lend a hand, soft spoken, calm and never missed a birthday. He loved classic rock music, old friends, muscle cars, his man cave and his dogs. Ronnie was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was self-employed in the commercial offset printing business for 35+ years.
