William Frederick Page (Frederick) was born on April 21, 1933 in Raleigh, N.C. and passed peacefully on January 9, 2025 in Goldsboro, N.C. His parents were Joel Lawrence Page and Vallie Mae Smith Page.
Frederick was proud of his service to his country, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1953 to 1956 where he earned the National Defense Service Medal. He continued his service to his country abroad and domestically until 1963, and he went on to work for the U.S. Postal Service for almost 35 years.
Frederick enjoyed travelling, wood-working, and listening to classical music. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Joel Lawrence Page, Jr., and Morris N. Page. He is survived by his brother, Jimmy Page and wife, Linda; a sister-in-law, Mary Louise Page;
seven nieces and nephews: Tammy Barbour, Greg Page, Michael Page, Michelle Page, Kay Cross, Laura Wise, and Jessica Barfield; and two special cousins: Lucy Howard and Mary Louise Jackson.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Navion in Goldsboro, N.C. for the care they provided.
