As a member of the greatest generation, Wilton proudly served his country during World War II, in the United States Army. Wilton was a true gentleman and made a lasting impression on everyone that crossed his path. Wilton retired from Southern Bell after working with them for over thirty years. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Utmost of importance in his life was his family and faith.
He is survived by his son, Donald Wade Williams, granddaughter Amber and her husband Stephen Perry. The apple of his eye was his great grandchildren Aubrey and Tucker Perry; a sister Mary Frances Williams Dinan, his loving neighbors Teresa and Frank Davis.
